A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all permanent make-up bookings to be confirmed.

7 day notice is required to change your appointment.

Deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by any credit or debit card via the website.

The patch test will be carried out at consultation appointment - you have the right to waive a patch test.

A touch-up appointment must be completed within 10 weeks from the initial appointment.

7 days cancellation policy is in place. Late cancellations will forfeit their deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
